Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 to 72 hours.

Please note:

• We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
• Orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will be sent the following Monday or Tuesday.
• During busy sale periods, dispatch may take 3–5 working days.

If your order is urgent, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

New Zealand

• Free shipping on orders over $250 NZD (after any discounts)
• Orders under $250:
  • $10 NZD standard nationwide
  • $14 NZD rural delivery

Please note: Oversized items are excluded from free shipping. Any extra freight costs will be added at checkout.

Delivery times:

• Christchurch: overnight delivery once dispatched
• Other urban New Zealand: approx. 2 working days
• Please allow 2–3 working days from dispatch
• Rural deliveries: allow an extra 2 working days

Please check your delivery details carefully, as we cannot take responsibility for parcels sent to an incorrect address.

Free collection is available from Christchurch.

Please contact us at hello@dappermrbear.com or via social media for a collection code to use at checkout. We can often arrange same-day collection with notice.

• $30 NZD standard shipping (non-tracked)
  8–12 working days via NZ Post
• $40 NZD tracked shipping (non-bulky items)
  8–12 working days via NZ Post

International

• $70 NZD standard shipping
  10–15 working days
• $90 NZD tracked shipping (non-bulky items)
