We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 - NZ wide! To qualify for free shipping you must spend $150.00 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied.

Otherwise we have a flat rate of $9, for nationwide shipping in NZ for purchases under $150, and $12 for rural delivery under $150. 

*Please note - this excludes oversized items. Oversized items will incur freight charges and this will be automatically added to your cart at the time of checkout.

We use overnight local delivery from Christchurch, and approximately two working days for all other urban destinations in NZ. Sometimes shipments are faster, however please do allow 2-3 days for delivery from dispatch. 

PLEASE NOTE: For rural deliveries expect a further two days delivery time.

Please ensure your shipping/delivery details are correct as we cannot take any responsibility for lost packages should the wrong details be given.

Click and Collect - Christchurch only
We are a Christchurch based company and happy for customers to collect their order free of charge. 

Please reach out via email (hello@dappermrbear.com) or our social media channels for a code to use at checkout. Normally we can arrange collection the same day, however we do need some warning and will try our best to accomodate any urgent requests. 

Australia
We have a flat rate of $25NZD to Australia. Please note this is a non tracked option. Standard shipping – 8-12 working days through NZ Post.

We also have a flat rate tracked option to Australia of $32NZD for non bulky items. Timeframes on these orders are 8-12 working days through NZ Post. Tracking will be emailed at time of your order being dispatched.

Worldwide
We have a flat rate of $55NZD to the rest of the world. Standard shipping option - 10-15 working days through NZ Post.

We have a flat rate of $75NZD tracked to the rest of the world (for non bulky items - please check carefully the listing on the website). 

Customers with orders containing bulky items will be contacted to discussing paying additional shipping costs if the price is in excess of the above quoted figure. 

Please be aware that the purchaser is liable for any additional taxes/import duty that may incur during transit and/or on delivery. Please also note that we do not ship art prints to international destinations.


Shipping Timeframes
We will endeavour to ship your goods within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please note we do not ship over the weekend or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday it will go out the following Monday/Tuesday.

Please note during high peak times (sale time) we endeavour to get orders out within 3-5 working days. Should you require your order urgently please advise this when ordering and we will do our best to get your order out ASAP.

Confirmation of your items being shipped, will be sent to you via email. It will include tracking details for you to follow the package's journey!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

It is important to us, that you feel confident purchasing online at Dapper Mr Bear, and we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. Please contact us if you have any questions around sizing, colours or to clarify anything else about a product prior to making a purchase, as we’re more than happy to help and love hearing from our customers.

If for any reason any item you have purchased is not what you expect (wrong colour, size or you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway), it can be returned for an exchange or credit note (excluding shipping costs) provided it is in new and saleable condition.

We endeavour to provide as much product information as possible, so please read sizing information and feel free to ask any questions or for photos before making a purchase.

Dapper Mr Bear does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Nor are we able to provide refunds for changes of mind - credit note or exchange only. The price of the shipping paid is not credited back.

The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or credit:

• The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and the original labels attached
• A copy of the order confirmation (printed out email is fine)
• The item is returned within 7 days of being received by you.

Subject to stock availability, we will exchange items that are returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Please advise us as soon as possible upon receipt of your purchase if you wish to exchange. In the case of an exchange, please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and return of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. Once this is received the new item will be posted immediately.

Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Dapper Mr Bear goes to great efforts to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending the product/s out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us at hello@dappermrbear.com about the fault.

Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you. In case we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred. Returns & exchanges received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted. For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.

We highly recommend sending back your return with a track and trace option or by courier so it won’t get lost in the post! You are responsible for the goods until they are received safely and in new, resalable condition by Dapper Mr Bear.

How to make a return for exchange or refund please follow the below steps:

1. Double check that you meet all the conditions listed above.
2. Contact Dapper Mr Bear on hello@dappermrbear.com to discuss the return request.
3. In the email, tell us the new item/s that you want to exchange for and they will be held until we receive your return.
4. Return the item/s to be exchanged or refunded, marking the confirmation number provided on the package.
5. Return address will be given at the time of contact about the return.
